-
Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
-
Fold in half of the whipped cream to make it extra creamy.
2. Prepare the mini cups
Use small dessert cups, shot glasses, or mini pudding cups.
3. Layer the pudding cups
-
Add 1 tablespoon crushed vanilla wafers to the bottom.
-
Add a layer of banana slices.
-
Add 2 tablespoons of pudding mixture.
-
Repeat the layers if your cup is taller.
4. Top it off
-
Pipe or spoon a dollop of whipped cream on top.
-
Add one whole vanilla wafer or a banana slice for decoration.
Chill & Serve
❄️ Refrigerate for 1–2 hours before serving.
These cups get even tastier as the cookies soften and the flavors blend.
Tips for Perfect Pudding Cups
-
Use ripe but firm bananas so they don’t turn mushy.
-
Add a tiny drizzle of caramel for extra flavor.
-
For a Sri Lankan twist, you can use Marie biscuits instead of wafers.
