Quick Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries, being careful not to over-mix the batter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 1-2 minutes.
- Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
