- 12 large mushrooms

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, feta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the spinach and feta mixture.
- Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is slightly golden.
