  • 12 large mushrooms

  • 100g of feta cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  • Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, feta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  • Stuff each mushroom cap with the spinach and feta mixture.
  • Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is slightly golden.
