Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

2–3 salmon fillets (skin on or off)

2 tbsp honey

1–1½ tbsp sriracha (adjust to your spice level)

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp lime juice (or lemon juice)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 garlic clove, finely chopped (optional)

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Make the glaze
In a small bowl, mix:

sriracha
-
soy sauce
-
lime juice
-
garlic (optional)
Stir until smooth.
2. Season the salmon
Lightly sprinkle the salmon with:

pepper
3. Cook the salmon
Option A — Pan fry:

Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.

Add salmon, skin side down, and cook for 3–4 minutes.

Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
Option B — Bake:

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place salmon on a baking tray lined with foil.

4. Add the glaze
