🍯🔥 Honey Sriracha Glazed Salmon – Easy Recipe

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 2–3 salmon fillets (skin on or off)

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1–1½ tbsp sriracha (adjust to your spice level)

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp lime juice (or lemon juice)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped (optional)

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Make the glaze

In a small bowl, mix:

  • honey

  • sriracha

  • soy sauce

  • lime juice

  • garlic (optional)

Stir until smooth.


2. Season the salmon

Lightly sprinkle the salmon with:

  • salt

  • pepper


3. Cook the salmon

Option A — Pan fry:

  1. Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.

  2. Add salmon, skin side down, and cook for 3–4 minutes.

  3. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.

Option B — Bake:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Place salmon on a baking tray lined with foil.

  3. Bake for 10–12 minutes, depending on thickness.


4. Add the glaze

  • Pour the honey-sriracha glaze over the salmon during the last 1–2 minutes of cooking.

  • Let it bubble slightly so it thickens and coats the fish.


5. Serve

Great with:

  • steamed rice

  • garlic butter noodles

  • roasted veggies

  • a simple salad

  • Don’t overcook salmon—remove when it flakes easily.

  • If you want it sweeter, add more honey.

  • If you prefer milder spice, reduce sriracha.
