🌿 One-Pan Creamy Tuscan Chicken

3–4 boneless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

4–5 garlic cloves, chopped

1 cup heavy cream (or fresh cream)

½ cup chicken broth (or water + pinch of seasoning)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
-
1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

1 cup spinach
-
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (or normal tomatoes cut small)

Salt & black pepper to taste
🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the chicken

Pat dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
2. Cook the chicken

Heat olive oil + butter in a pan.

Add chicken breasts and cook 5–6 minutes per side until golden.

Remove the chicken and keep aside.
3. Make the creamy Tuscan sauce

In the same pan, add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream + chicken broth.

Add Parmesan cheese and stir well until creamy.

Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.

Season with chili flakes, extra salt, or pepper if needed.
4. Combine everything

Place the cooked chicken back into the sauce.

Simmer for 5 minutes until chicken absorbs the flavors.
