🌿 One-Pan Creamy Tuscan Chicken

⭐ Ingredients

  • 3–4 boneless chicken breasts

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 4–5 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or fresh cream)

  • ½ cup chicken broth (or water + pinch of seasoning)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

  • 1 cup spinach

  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (or normal tomatoes cut small)

  • Salt & black pepper to taste


🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the chicken

  • Pat dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

2. Cook the chicken

  • Heat olive oil + butter in a pan.

  • Add chicken breasts and cook 5–6 minutes per side until golden.

  • Remove the chicken and keep aside.

3. Make the creamy Tuscan sauce

  • In the same pan, add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  • Pour in heavy cream + chicken broth.

  • Add Parmesan cheese and stir well until creamy.

  • Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.

  • Season with chili flakes, extra salt, or pepper if needed.

4. Combine everything

  • Place the cooked chicken back into the sauce.

  • Simmer for 5 minutes until chicken absorbs the flavors.
