Roasted Garlic Butter Chicken – Recipe

✨ Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 1 kg chicken (whole or cut pieces)

  • Salt – 1 tsp

  • Black pepper – 1 tsp

  • Paprika / Chili powder – 1 tsp

  • 1 tsp dried oregano (optional)

Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 6–8 garlic cloves (finely chopped or minced)

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp soy sauce (optional, adds color + flavor)

  • 1 tsp honey (optional, for a glossy finish)

  • Fresh parsley (chopped) for garnish

1. Prep the Chicken

  • Pat the chicken dry.

  • Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.

  • Let it rest for 10 minutes.

2. Make the Garlic Butter

  • Heat a small pan on low heat.

  • Add butter + olive oil.

  • When melted, add garlic and sauté until fragrant (don’t brown).

  • Mix in lemon juice, soy sauce, honey.

  • Cook for 30 seconds and turn off heat.

3. Coat the Chicken
