Ingredients

  • 4–5 medium potatoes (Yukon/Red potatoes preferred)

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Prep the Potatoes

  1. Wash and peel (optional) the potatoes.

  2. Cut into thick round slices (about 1–1.5 cm).

  3. Pat dry with a clean towel for extra crispiness.


2. Season the Potatoes

  1. In a large bowl, add:

    • Olive oil

    • Garlic powder

    • Onion powder

    • Paprika

    • Salt & pepper

  2. Mix well.

  3. Toss sliced potatoes into the mixture until fully coated.


3. Coat With Parmesan

  1. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the potatoes.

  2. Toss lightly so each piece gets a cheesy layer.


4. Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).

  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  3. Arrange potatoes flat, not overlapping.

  4. Bake 20 minutes, then flip.

  5. Bake another 10–15 minutes until golden and crispy.


Air Fryer Option

  • Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.


Serve With

  • Garlic mayo

  • Sour cream

  • Chili sauce

  • Fresh parsley on top
