Ingredients:
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 200g cooked tandoori chicken, shredded
- 100g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 50g Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon tandoori spice mix
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and layer half of the shredded chicken on top.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
- Add a dollop of Greek yogurt and sprinkle with tandoori spice mix and cilantro.
- Top with the second tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 2 minutes.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2 more minutes.
- Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve hot.
