Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup of kimchi, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Instructions:

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Place 2 slices of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
  • Layer 1 cup of shredded cheese on each slice of bread.
  • Add 1/2 cup of chopped kimchi on top of the cheese on each slice.
  • Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
