Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup of kimchi, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place 2 slices of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
- Layer 1 cup of shredded cheese on each slice of bread.
- Add 1/2 cup of chopped kimchi on top of the cheese on each slice.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
