Ingredients:
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- 1/2 cup imitation crab meat, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 sheet nori, cut into small squares
- 1/2 avocado, sliced

Instructions:
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, combine the rinsed rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed.
- In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Stir this mixture into the cooked rice and let it cool slightly.
- In another bowl, combine shredded crab meat, mayonnaise, and sriracha sauce.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a muffin tin, place small amounts of the sushi rice at the bottom of each cup, pressing down to form a base.
- Top the rice with the crab mixture, then add a slice of avocado and a sprinkle of green onions.
- Bake in the oven for 5 minutes until heated through and slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with nori squares before serving.
