Ingredients:
- 4 slices of whole grain bread
- 200g of sliced turkey breast
- 1 ripe avocado
- 4 leaves of romaine lettuce
- 2 slices of tomato
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of mustard

Instructions:
- Start by toasting the whole grain bread slices lightly if you prefer them warm.
- While the bread is toasting, cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until creamy, then season it with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of mustard on each slice of toasted bread.
- On two of the slices, layer the sliced turkey breast evenly, followed by a generous scoop of mashed avocado.
- Add the romaine lettuce leaves and slices of tomato on top of the avocado.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread to complete the sandwich, pressing down gently to secure everything in place.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
