Quick Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:

  • 200g of spaghetti
  • 250g of ground beef
  • 1 can (400g) of diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 50g of grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • pot
  • pan
  • spatula
  • strainer

Instructions:

  • Boil water in a pot and add a pinch of salt. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  • While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  • Add the ground beef to the pan, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  • Pour in the can of diced tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
