Spinach and Feta Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 10 large mushrooms
  • 200g of fresh spinach
  • 100g of feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 50g of breadcrumbs

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • baking tray
  • mixing bowl
  • spatula

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Combine the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, and breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove the stems from the mushrooms and fill each mushroom cap with the spinach and feta mixture.
  • Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray and drizzle a little more olive oil on top if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
