Ingredients:
- 10 large mushrooms
- 200g of fresh spinach
- 100g of feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 50g of breadcrumbs

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Combine the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, and breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and fill each mushroom cap with the spinach and feta mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray and drizzle a little more olive oil on top if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
