Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets (150g each)
  • 200g of asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 lemon (for juice)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • While the grill is heating, drizzle the olive oil over the salmon fillets and asparagus, then season with salt and black pepper.
  • Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill and arrange the asparagus around them.
  • Grill the salmon and asparagus for about 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender yet crisp.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the grilled salmon and asparagus before serving.
