Ingredients:
- 200g of ground beef
- 4 small corn tortillas
- 100g of diced tomatoes
- 50g of onion, finely chopped
- 1 small jalapeño, minced
- 50g of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 50g of avocado
- 1 lime, juiced

Instructions:
- In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
- While the beef cooks, prepare the salsa by mixing the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro in a bowl. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and stir well.
- Next, prepare the guacamole by mashing the avocado in a separate bowl. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste, mixing until creamy.
- Warm the corn tortillas in the pan for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of the cooked beef on each tortilla, followed by a spoonful of salsa and a dollop of guacamole.
