Ingredients:

  • 200g of ground beef
  • 4 small corn tortillas
  • 100g of diced tomatoes
  • 50g of onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small jalapeño, minced
  • 50g of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 50g of avocado
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • pan
  • spatula
  • bowl
  • knife
  • cutting board

Instructions:

  • In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  • While the beef cooks, prepare the salsa by mixing the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro in a bowl. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and stir well.
  • Next, prepare the guacamole by mashing the avocado in a separate bowl. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste, mixing until creamy.
  • Warm the corn tortillas in the pan for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.
  • Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of the cooked beef on each tortilla, followed by a spoonful of salsa and a dollop of guacamole.
