  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the cubed tofu to the wok and stir-fry until golden brown.
  • Incorporate the broccoli florets and bell pepper slices, cooking until they are vibrant and tender.
  • Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, and mix thoroughly to coat the vegetables and tofu evenly.
