Ingredients:

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 200g of cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 100g of hummus
  • 50g of lettuce, shredded
  • 50g of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 50g of cucumber, sliced
  • 20g of bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Skillet
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • Warm the whole wheat tortillas in a skillet over low heat for 30 seconds on each side until soft.
  • Spread 50g of hummus evenly on each tortilla.
  • Layer the shredded chicken breast on top of the hummus on each tortilla.
  • Add the shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper to each tortilla.
  • Drizzle a teaspoon of olive oil over the veggies, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Wrap the tortillas tightly, folding them in the sides to secure the filling, and slice them in half if desired.
