Ingredients:
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 200g of cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 100g of hummus
- 50g of lettuce, shredded
- 50g of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 50g of cucumber, sliced
- 20g of bell pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Warm the whole wheat tortillas in a skillet over low heat for 30 seconds on each side until soft.
- Spread 50g of hummus evenly on each tortilla.
- Layer the shredded chicken breast on top of the hummus on each tortilla.
- Add the shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper to each tortilla.
- Drizzle a teaspoon of olive oil over the veggies, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly, folding them in the sides to secure the filling, and slice them in half if desired.
