Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 large lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon
  • 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of mixed fresh fruit (e.g., berries, apple slices, and banana)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Toaster

Instructions:

  • Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  • Spread 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise on one side of each toast.
  • Layer 2 slices of bacon on one of the pieces of toast.
  • Add a lettuce leaf and 2 slices of tomato on top of the bacon.
  • Top it with another slice of toasted bread, mayonnaise side down.
  • Repeat the layering process for the second sandwich.
  • Cut the sandwiches in half and serve with a cup of mixed fresh fruit on the side.
