Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  • Boil the eggs for 3-4 minutes until hard boiled, then cool them under cold running water.
  • Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  • Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the yolks, and mix until smooth.
  • Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves evenly.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of paprika if desired.
  • Serve on a plate and enjoy your spicy egg devils.
