🥩 Ingredients

  • 450 g (1 lb) sirloin or ribeye steak

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 4–5 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

  • Optional: ½ tsp chili flakes


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak
    Cut steak into bite-size cubes. Pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  2. Sear the Steak Bites
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add steak bites in a single layer.
    Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove steak from pan and set aside.

  3. Make Garlic Butter
    Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the same pan. Once melted, add minced garlic and chili flakes.
    Sauté for 20–30 seconds until fragrant (do not burn).

  4. Combine & Finish
    Return steak bites to the pan. Toss in garlic butter for 1–2 minutes until coated and juicy.

  5. Garnish & Serve
    Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
