🥩 Ingredients

450 g (1 lb) sirloin or ribeye steak

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper
-
½ tsp paprika

2 tbsp olive oil
-
3 tbsp butter
-
4–5 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Optional: ½ tsp chili flakes
👨🍳 Instructions

Prepare the Steak
Cut steak into bite-size cubes. Pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. -
Sear the Steak Bites
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add steak bites in a single layer.
Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove steak from pan and set aside. -
Make Garlic Butter
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the same pan. Once melted, add minced garlic and chili flakes.
Sauté for 20–30 seconds until fragrant (do not burn). -
Combine & Finish
Return steak bites to the pan. Toss in garlic butter for 1–2 minutes until coated and juicy. -
Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
