Ingredients:
- 2 whole wheat parathas (200g)
- 1 cup pizza sauce (240g)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (120g)
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced (75g)
- 1/2 cup onions, diced (75g)
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15g)
- Salt to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Non-stick skillet
- Lid
- Spatula
- Knife
- Cutting board
Instructions:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.
- Place one paratha in the skillet and spread 1/2 cup of pizza sauce evenly on top.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add diced bell peppers and onions on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning and salt to taste.
- Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the paratha is crispy.
- Remove the lid, carefully flip the paratha, and cook for another minute to crisp the other side.
- Repeat the process with the second paratha.
- Slice and serve hot.
