Ingredients:

  • 2 whole wheat parathas (200g)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (240g)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (120g)
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced (75g)
  • 1/2 cup onions, diced (75g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15g)
  • Salt to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Non-stick skillet
  • Lid
  • Spatula
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.
  • Place one paratha in the skillet and spread 1/2 cup of pizza sauce evenly on top.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Add diced bell peppers and onions on top of the cheese.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning and salt to taste.
  • Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the paratha is crispy.
  • Remove the lid, carefully flip the paratha, and cook for another minute to crisp the other side.
  • Repeat the process with the second paratha.
  • Slice and serve hot.
