Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup candy corn, chopped
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup yellow food coloring
  • 1/4 cup orange food coloring

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8x8 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped topping and chopped candy corn into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Divide the mixture into two bowls. In one bowl, add yellow food coloring and mix well. In the other bowl, add orange food coloring and mix well.
  • Layer the yellow mixture over the crust, followed by the orange mixture. Swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
