Ingredients:
- 200g of firm tofu
- 150g of broccoli florets
- 100g of bell peppers (mixed colors)

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the tofu cubes, stirring frequently until golden brown on all sides.
- Add the broccoli florets and bell peppers to the wok, stir-frying for about 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce, mixing everything well for another minute, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
