Ingredients:

  • 200g of firm tofu
  • 150g of broccoli florets
  • 100g of bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 clove of garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Spatula
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the tofu cubes, stirring frequently until golden brown on all sides.
  • Add the broccoli florets and bell peppers to the wok, stir-frying for about 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Pour in the soy sauce, mixing everything well for another minute, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
