Ingredients:

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Beef

  1. Season the beef slices with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Sear the beef in batches for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.

Step 2: Make the Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  2. Sauté the onions and garlic until softened, about 3 minutes.

  3. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
