No-Bake Lotus Biscoff Pie
Ingredients
For the Crust

200 g Lotus Biscoff biscuits

For the Filling

200 g cream cheese (room temperature)

1 cup whipping cream (cold)

½ cup powdered sugar

½ cup Lotus Biscoff spread (smooth)

1 tsp vanilla essence
For the Topping

¼ cup Lotus Biscoff spread (melted)

Crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuits (for garnish)
Instructions

Prepare the Crust

Crush the Lotus Biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs.

Mix with melted butter until well combined.

Press firmly into a pie dish.

Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set.

In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla essence, mix well.

Add Lotus Biscoff spread and beat until creamy.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
